Welcome to the Registration site for Monroe Youth Hockey Association.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information and sign consents for the 2023-24 hockey season.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.   Please enter the email addresses of ALL people who need to be contacted throughout the season; emails are sent to addresses based on these registration reports.

Begin the registration process by registering your oldest child first.  You will be prompted at the end to register another child before the payment screen.

If you are NEW TO HOCKEY and your child would like to participate in the Try Hockey for Free Program, please  follow these instructions:

1. Go to www.tryhockeyforfree.com
2. Click register now
3. In "Participating Rinks" section, enter 53566 for zip code
4. Click on the red USA Hockey location icon on the map which will then show "Rink: Stateline Ice & Community Expo"
5. Click the blue Register button and complete registration
6. Once you are registered (within a day or two), you will receive an email from Monroe Youth Hockey Association with details.

If you are NEW TO HOCKEY and want to join a team right away, continue with this registration and click "Try Hockey for Free."  Your player will be invited to attend our “Try Hockey for Free Program” which will consist of 3 Saturdays beginning in October and ending with the national Try Hockey for Free day Nov 4. Equipment will be distributed Oct. 21 if this is your child's first year of hockey.  Gear will need to be returned at the end of the Try Hockey program or if you continue at the end of the season.

Each player levels Atoms through Bantams must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the Season. 

    Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.

    Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
