Welcome to the 2018/19 Registration for Monroe Youth Hockey Association.
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available (fees collected online are non-refundable). Upon completion of registration, a charge from MYHA will appear on your account. Offline payment options are also available – further offline payment details are outlined on the receipt page.
All first installment fees plus the fundraiser will need to be paid before the first day of practice in order for your child to begin practice.
Begin the registration process by registering your oldest child first. You will be prompted at the end to register another child before the payment screen.
In person "registration" will be held Wednesday, September 19 from 5-7 pm at SLICE in Monroe. You can make your offline payment on this date as well as pick up forms and your fundraiser option.
Below is the 2018-19 Parent Handbook. There you will find useful information regarding the upcoming season; please read thoroughly. The Policy Handbook is found in the Waivers and Policy section.
Each player levels Atoms through Bantams must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2018-2019 Season. High School players continue registration.
Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
